Frequently asked questions

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. The 7-day trial gives access to every Pro feature, without a card. You only pick a plan if you want to continue.

What happens to my data after the trial?

It is kept for 30 days without a subscription: subscribe within that time and everything is still there. After that it is deleted, following a reminder email.

Can I change plan or cancel?

Yes, anytime from the app. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.

Are prices excluding VAT?

Yes, Slygo is for businesses. French VAT of 20% is added; an EU business with a valid VAT number is invoiced without VAT (reverse charge).

Do Slygo's figures replace my accountant?

No. Slygo estimates your net profit from your data and dated reference rates; it does not file your returns. The figures help you decide; your accountant remains your advisor.
